World AIDS Day Reminder

Please, don’t forget: December 1 is the World AIDS Day. This year’s theme is “HIV: Reality“.

The World AIDS Day is dedicated to raising awareness of the AIDS pandemic caused by the spread of HIV infection. It is common to hold memorials to honor persons who have died from HIV/AIDS on this day. In America, the US President has made an official proclamation on every World AIDS Day since 1995.

Facing AIDS is a campaign for World AIDS Day. It helps to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and reduce stigma.
